GUIDELINES TO PARENTS
Dear Parents,
Assalmu alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuhu,
The aim of the Student Planner is twofold.  First, it should be used as a reminder to students about expectations and a record of work assigned.  Secondly, it should facilitate communications between parents and the school.  The following points are a guide as to how the planner should be user:
1. You are asked to check the personal information carefully.  It is vital that you can quickly be contacted in the event of an illness or an emergency.
2. Students should complete the personal and homework timetables.
3. Students should record all homework assigned on a daily basis and when it is due to be handed in.
4. Stduents can record their personal achievements and goals set for that particular week.
5. The Homeroom Teacher will check and sign the planner on a regular basis.
6. You are asked to see that the student completes homework regularly and to sign in the space provided whenever necessary.
7. Use the monthly calendar for long-term planning.
